Solbis provides contract manufacturing and OEM production services across our West African industrial parks. From product brief to finished goods. ISO-certified production. Reliable capacity. Naira-denominated operations.
Building a factory in West Africa takes 24-36 months minimum. Capital requirement: $10-50M before producing the first unit. Then comes the regulatory work: NAFDAC, SON, customs, environmental, labor compliance. Then comes the workforce training. Then comes supply chain establishment.
Most brands wanting to produce in West Africa for West African markets simply can't justify this investment for their initial market entry. The result: imported product from Asia or Europe at higher prices, longer lead times, and pricing that doesn't work for African consumers.
Solbis solves this. We've built the manufacturing infrastructure: facilities, certifications, workforce, supply chain, regulatory relationships. You bring the brand, the formulation, the demand. We produce. Speed-to-market: weeks instead of years. Capital requirement: zero before first production.
Full production of your product to your specifications. Our facilities, your brand. Quality control to ISO 9001 standards. Production capacity scaled to your demand. From 10,000 units to 10 million units monthly.

"Solbis was founded in 2017 by senior manufacturing operations veterans who saw an obvious gap: the brands serving West African markets needed production infrastructure they couldn't economically build themselves."
We work as a pure-play contract manufacturer. We don't compete with our customers' brands. Our incentive is aligned with their success. Today we operate four facilities with a combined capacity exceeding 11 million units monthly.
